| About Kriya Yoga:
|
The Goal of Life is happiness, peace, love, and enlightenment. The desire for
perfection comes from the Self, the image of God which seeks to express itself throughout
all humanity.
Kriya Yoga is a scientific art of perfect God-Truth union. It was revived in modern
times by a great master in India, Babaji Nagaraj, as a synthesis of the teachings of the
18 siddhas. It includes a series of techniques.
|
| What You'll Learn:
|
In this week-end you will learn 18 postures for greater relaxation and energy; the
6 phases of the powerful breathing techniques, known as "Kriya Kundalini Pranayama"
to awaken and circulate subtle energies, 7 techniques of meditation to cleanse the
subconscious to master the mind and to bring about realization of the Self and Absolute
Reality.

| About the Parvati Premananda:
|
Parvati Premananda has practiced Kriya Yoga since 1974, first as a disciple of
"Mother" Mildred Hamilton, who was one of Paramhansa Yogananda's direct disciples, and
subsequently with M. Govindan since 1992. After fulfilling certain rigorous conditions
and receiving guidance from Babaji to "prepare to teach Kriya Yoga" she became an Acharya
in Babaji's Kriya Yoga Order of Acharyas in September, 1998, and was authorized to
initiate others into first level of Babaji's Kriya Yoga. Parvati lives in Santa Monica,
California and holds regular Satsang at her residence.
